Key project features

• Plans for the diversion and demolition of existing basins and structures.
• Surfacing and grading plans coordinated with the architect.
• Separate foul and surface water drainage plans with a stormwater attenuation basin and infiltration swales, hydraulic calculations and a site stormwater management report.
• Coordinated utility plans covering water, telecommunications, low-current systems (CFA), power systems (CFO), low-voltage electricity (BT) and external lighting.
• Detailed design and tender documents (PRO/DCE): technical specifications (CCTP) and cost estimates for civil infrastructure and utilities works.
• Construction supervision in four phases.
