  • Design within the deck’s allowable load of 1 t/m²: lightweight fill, lighting column foundations on 1.3 m² base plates, and optimised surfacing and load distribution.
  • Coordination with utility providers, utility networks and street lighting.
  • Stormwater management and purpose-designed gullies.
  • Coordination and management of interfaces with developers.
