Key project features

• Vehicle access and circulation, with an entrance on rue de Genève and an exit on rue de Valmy.
• A 3 m building setback along rue de Valmy to widen the pavement and accommodate a row of trees.
• Light-coloured asphalt roads to help reduce the urban heat island effect.
• Stormwater infiltration and an underground geocellular storage tank (SAUL) beneath the car park, sized at 160 m³ in the proposal.
• Green roofs and accessible terraces.
• Reuse of materials in external works, particularly kerbs.
